Fulfillment Supervisor

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars utility and personal transportation vehicles side-by-sides all-terrain vehicles professional turf-care equipment and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories airports to planned communities and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily fulfillment activities within warehousing and lineside materials to meet production schedules in the most efficient and effective manner.
• Review daily operations by checking on safe working conditions workmanship productivity attendance and compliance to expectations.
• Report on established goals and metrics.
• Identify training gaps and provide training to develop a cross trained team.
• Identify CI opportunities by determining root cause and developing a corrective action plan.
• Recommend workplace layouts fulfillment methods and handling efficiencies by auditing processes to improve material flow reduce errors and improve overall cost.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise to identify gaps in process and possible solutions for correction.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Years of Experience: 4 or more years of related experience required supervisory experience preferred
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.) SAP preferred
Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred
