Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit ministry dedicated to proclaiming the gospel to the next generation. We focus on equipping sending and reaching students on their school campuses and online.

Through partnerships with local churches student leaders and communities across the country we help students become courageous witnesses for Christ among their peers. Today Decision Point serves students across the United States and beyond. We are actively expanding the mission through both local campus ministry and online coaching initiatives.

We believe the next generation desperately needs the hope of the gospel. It is Jesus alone who can save and set them free. We are working to see every student at every school have the opportunity to hear the gospel before they graduate.

We believe God can use young people as an unstoppable force for the gospel. Thats why when we look to the future were praying a big prayer: What if we could mobilize 1 million young courageous witnesses for Christ

• Pick pack and ship merch orders
• Assemble and ship student boxes and outreach kits
• Process orders and shipments using tools such as Square and
• Print shipping labels and prepare packages for UPS USPS and FedEx
• Drop off outgoing packages at local shipping centers
• Receive unpack and organize incoming shipments
• Help keep inventory and fulfillment supplies organized
• Assist with inventory counts and report low-stock or missing items
• Update basic fulfillment and inventory information in Google Sheets as needed
• Keep the shipping and fulfillment area clean and organized
• Help with larger fulfillment projects and event preparation as needed
• Assist with general administrative tasks and Operations projects during slower fulfillment period

• Dependable organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and complete tasks accurately
• Comfortable working in a hands-on fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and learning web-based tools for order fulfillment and shipping; experience with Square or similar systems is a plus
• Basic proficiency with Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools
• Available to work up to20 hours per week
• Able to come into our Whittier office at least 3 days per week
• Reliable transportation for taking packages to local shipping centers
• Able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work additional hours occasionally during high-volume seasons
• Able to commit to the position through May 2027
