About your role:

As an Infrastructure Cloud Engineer you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing infrastructure systems that are essential for Fiservs operations and growth. Working closely with a dedicated team you will address complex infrastructure challenges and ensure seamless integration and performance of various systems. Your contributions will be key in driving innovative solutions and supporting our clients significantly enhancing our overall business success.

What youll do:

• Lead the design implementation and maintenance of robust infrastructure solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Optimize infrastructure performance troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure architecture with enterprise goals.
• Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest infrastructure technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.

Experience youll need to have

• 4 years of experience in infrastructure design and management
• 2 years of experience with network management
• 2 years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure GCP)
• 2 years of experience with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes)
• 2 years of experience in performance tuning and optimization
• 2 years of experience in infrastructure security
• 2 years of experience in data integration and ETL processes
• 4 years of an equivalent combination of educational background related experience and/or military experience
  6 months of experience working with Fiserv platforms.

Experience that would be great to have:

• Experience with DevOps practices
• Understanding of automation scripting for infrastructure management
• Experience in infrastructure scaling technologies

Important information about this role:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
• You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including but not limited to F-1 (OPT CPT STEM) H-1B H-2 or TN or any candidate requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this role
