The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses including security officer services smart home automation burglar and fire alarms access control security cameras alarm monitoring investigative services and background checks.

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a full-time security officer for assignment in Dubuque Iowa. Hours: Overnight shift Friday-Monday. $20 per hour plus overtime. Please be advised this is a temporary account the duration of which is unknown at this time.

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid drivers license with no disqualifying violations on a motor vehicle report within the last 5 years.
• Consent to a pre-employment drug screen motor vehicle check and criminal background check.
• Meet eligibility requirements for a state security license. We will assist in obtaining one for those that qualify.

Job Duties:

• Conduct mobile rounds at clients business site to deter and prevent trespassing and theft.
• Ensure that only those that are authorized to do so remove property from site.

Please note: All new hires will be required to travel to our corporate location in Davenport IA for a 1-day orientation and training.
