THE JOB IN A NUTSHELL
Our Schedulers are at the center of our daily operations. Youll help manage staffing and scheduling for security personnel across multiple client locations.
Youll be responsible for things like:

- Building and maintaining employee schedules
- Filling open shifts and finding coverage
- Communicating with security officers about schedules and assignments
- Communicating with clients regarding staffing needs
- Handling call-offs and last-minute staffing changes
- Tracking schedule changes and maintaining accurate documentation
- Following established scheduling procedures
- Communicating important information between shifts and team members
- Identifying staffing gaps before they become bigger problems
- Helping keep our clients covered and our operations moving
This isnt a position where you sit around waiting for the phone to ring. Things move quickly priorities change and problem-solving is part of the job.

This is a full-time position.
