The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. This role ensures accurate drink preparation maintains bar cleanliness promotes responsible alcohol service and contributes to a welcoming and efficient bar environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bartending certification preferred (where applicable).
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of bartending or high-volume restaurant/bar experience preferred.
- Knowledge of drink recipes mixology and POS systems required.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of spirits wine beer and cocktail preparation.
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service and state/local regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
- Strong cash-handling and basic math skills.
- Attention to detail accuracy and cleanliness.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails beer wine and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Greet and engage guests take orders and provide recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area including counters equipment and glassware.
- Restock liquor mixers garnishes glassware and supplies throughout the shift.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems; handle cash and tabs responsibly.
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Follow all sanitation safety and alcohol service policies and procedures.
- Assist with bar opening and closing duties.
- Report any equipment or maintenance needs promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
