Build and maintain intuitive reliable and secure frontend experiences that help pharmacy and safety leaders turn complex medication and device data into clear actionable insights.

As a Frontend Software Engineer you will play a pivotal role in expanding the usability reliability and impact of Bainbridge Healths platform. You will:

• Design build and maintain user-facing application features using modern frontend technologies such as JavaScript VueJS Vite HTML CSS and related tooling.

• Deliver roadmap work tied to key product initiatives including data visualization and customization integration-driven workflows analytics and customer-facing platform improvements.

• Translate complex clinical operational and data-heavy analyses into clear efficient and user-friendly product experiences.

• Collaborate closely with backend engineering product clinical subject matter experts and customer-facing teams to define requirements clarify edge cases and ship high-quality features.

• Integrate frontend experiences with backend services and APIs including thoughtful handling of loading states errors permissions multi-tenant data boundaries and performance considerations.

• Improve frontend reliability through testing peer review bug resolution dependency hygiene documentation and maintainable component patterns.

• Contribute to a product and engineering culture that values quality security usability and practical execution.

• Frontend Engineering: Strong experience building modern web applications with JavaScript VueJS HTML CSS and component-based development practices.

• Product & UX Judgment: Ability to translate complex workflows into simple usable interfaces especially in data-heavy or operational software environments.

• API & Data Integration: Experience working with REST APIs OpenAPI-driven services OAuth and SAML authentication authorization role-based access and structured application state.

• Engineering Practices: Experience with version control CI/CD peer review frontend testing build tooling and maintainable code patterns.

• Quality & Reliability: Comfort troubleshooting production issues resolving bugs improving performance and maintaining a reliable user experience across browsers and workflows.

• Healthcare & Regulated Environments: Experience in healthcare life sciences enterprise SaaS or another regulated industry is a plus particularly where privacy security and HIPAA-adjacent practices are important.

• Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with product design backend engineering clinical users and customer-facing teams.
