The Front Office Representative is responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors clients and business partners. Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Answer screen and route incoming phone calls professionally.
- Manage incoming correspondence mail and deliveries.
- Maintain organized records files and office documentation.

- Respond to visitor and client inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory organization.
