Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors promptly and professionally.
- Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendar coordination.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean organized and inviting front office area.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic office equipment.
