Front Office Python Developer Equity Derivatives

Location: NYC (Hybrid at least 3 days onsite/week)

We are seeking a talented Python Developer to join our team and work on Equity Derivatives Trading Desk. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python with a solid understanding of the Equity-Derivatives business and be passionate about maintaining and enhancing Trade Support Platforms.

Role and responsibilities

• Maintain monitor and support our EQD tools used daily by traders structurers and risk managers ensuring reliability and performance
• Contribute to the development of a transversal data platform that accelerates the creation of new applications across the firm
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Docker and Kubernetes for builds containerization and deployment
• Develop and enhance full-stack features with a focus on delivering business-driven functionality
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions while staying eager to deepen your finance knowledge

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in OOP Development Experience with 2 years backend Python Software Development
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of equity derivatives business or strong willingness to learn
• Adaptable proactive mindset with a growth mentality
• Bonus: experience with AI/ML applications in analytics
