Were looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to guide our front desk team and ensure every Owner and guest receives a warm welcome and a seamless experience.

As a Front Desk Supervisor youll balance leadership and guest service helping to create memorable stays while supporting your team with training coaching and day-to-day operations. If youre passionate about hospitality and ready to take the next step in your career wed love to meet you!

Pay: $17/hr

What Youll Do

• Lead by example in providing outstanding guest service.
• Support front desk operations including check-ins check-outs payments and reservations.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Train mentor and motivate front desk clerks.
• Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and cash handling.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for special requests early arrivals and late checkouts.
• Maintain a clean safe and welcoming front desk environment.
• Uphold company policies safety standards and guest confidentiality.

What Were Looking For

• 13 years of front desk experience and leadership experience within hospitality.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team resolve issues and keep morale high.
• Computer proficiency and prior cash-handling experience.
• Dependability professionalism and flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays.
