WHAT YOULL DO:

Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings
Follow up on leads quickly and confidently
Sell memberships and retail
Create an exceptional first impression for every guest

PAY:

Hourly base commission bonuses
Typical earnings: $13$16/hr
Top performers can earn more!

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Previous work experience in Front Desk Sales or Retail preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels/service industry
Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Can work weekends and evenings
Has a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
