Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients agents and visitors at our real estate office. This role is essential to creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients visitors and agents in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls emails and inquiries promptly
- Schedule and coordinate appointments property showings and meetings for agents
- Maintain and update client and property databases (CRM systems)
- Prepare sort and distribute correspondence contracts and documents
- Assist with listing coordination uploading property info photos and marketing materials
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Support agents and management with administrative tasks as requested
- Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean organized and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 12 years of receptionist administrative or customer service experience (real estate industry a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Experience with real estate software (MLS Dotloop Skyslope or similar) is a bonus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and a positive client-first attitude
