Front Desk Receptionist Administrative Assistant

Image One Facility Solutions is looking for a friendly professional and dependable Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our corporate team in Rolling Meadows Illinois.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Position: Full-time hourly
Location: Rolling Meadows IL
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience

This is an important role within our office. Youll often be the first person our customers franchise owners vendors and visitors interact with so were looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating a great first impression.

What Youll Do

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a friendly professional manner
Greet visitors and assist them when they arrive at the office
Respond to general inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate team member
Assist with scheduling correspondence filing data entry and other administrative tasks
Receive and distribute mail packages and deliveries
Help maintain an organized professional front office
Provide administrative support to members of our corporate team
Assist with special projects and other office responsibilities as needed

Previous receptionist customer service or administrative experience is preferred but we are also interested in candidates with the right attitude communication skills and willingness to learn.
