Schedule: On-Call Minimum of 2 shifts per month

• Welcome Guests: Greet residents families and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

• Answer Phones: Respond to inquiries and direct calls promptly and courteously.

• Support the Team: Assist with filing scheduling data entry and other clerical tasks.

• Provide Tours: Give welcoming and engaging community tours to prospective residents and families.

• Maintain the Front Desk: Keep the reception and lobby areas organized clean and inviting.

• Be a Team Player: Provide additional front desk support as needed.

• Friendly & Professional: Create a positive first impression and welcoming environment.

• Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone.

• Organization: Multitask stay organized and manage priorities in a busy environment.

• Computer Skills: Be comfortable using basic computer systems and completing office tasks.

• Experience: Previous customer service receptionist or front desk experience is preferred.

• Availability: Flexible availability for shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM MondaySunday based on staffing needs.
