We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk & Human Resources Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors customers and employees. This position combines receptionist responsibilities with administrative and HR support making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety interacting with people and keeping operations running smoothly.
In this role youll support day-to-day office functions assist with recruiting and onboarding activities maintain important records and reports and help create a positive experience for employees and guests alike.
- $16.50-18.00 an hour with opportunities to grow depending on experience
- Office conveniently located near Highway 169 and Highway 51
- Variety in your day with a mix of customer service administrative and HR responsibilities

- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls answer general questions and welcome office visitors.
- Maintain appointment calendars and conference/training room schedules
- Prepare correspondence reports memos and other business documents
- Perform general administrative duties including filing copying scanning and document organization
- Assist with employee meetings interviews training sessions and company events
- Post open positions review resumes and help coordinate recruiting activities
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain and update various spreadsheets reports and tracking systems
- Calculate and record daily sales transaction figures
- Scan and electronically file sales orders invoices and inspection reports
- Reconcile voluntary benefit statements and maintain related records
- Assist with quarterly and annual reporting requirements
- Ensure supplies for catalogues are ordered and stocked appropriately
- Track international sales information and commission-related data
- Have previously worked in an office or administrative environment
- Feel comfortable using Microsoft Office every day (Word Powerpoint Outlook) especially Excel
- Familiarity with spreadsheets reporting and data entry
- Enjoy interacting with people and providing exceptional customer service
- Can professionally handle confidential and sensitive information
- Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Have strong attention to detail and enjoy keeping records accurate and up to date
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Are comfortable using Microsoft Office applications especially Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook
- Take initiative and enjoy finding ways to help wherever needed
