As the face of our hotel your primary responsibilities will be:

Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. Use a positive and clear speaking voice listen to understand requests respond with appropriate this highly visible role everything you do has a direct impact on your guests experience!
