Front Desk Administrator Part Time

Job Summary
The Front Desk Administrator provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls directing calls to appropriate associates mail distribution flow of correspondence requisition of supplies managing the employee food order process assisting with events as well as other additional administrative duties.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all employees visitors candidates contractors vendors and customers. Greet guests maintain visitor logs and security badge for employees answer and direct incoming calls and emails monitor the reception area and create a welcoming professional experience for everyone entering Headquarters.
- Process employee food orders for Headquarters and remote employees
- Order and receive office and kitchen supplies. Ensure breakroom supplies remain stocked and organized.
- Serve as a backup for receiving and distributing mail and package and coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with vendors including Culligan Staples First Choice and Shred-IT. Schedule deliveries receive service providers and ensure vendors have the information needed to complete services efficiently.
- Assist with employee events on an as-needed basis including coordinating catering decorations room setup and vendor follow-up.
- Provide administrative assistance including coordinating catered meals meeting coordination and processing expense reports for Executive Team members.
- Other duties as assigned

- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 2 years of reception or office experience
- Experience in using Microsoft Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Very organized and detail-oriented
- Professional telephone and email etiquette
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
The salary range for this position is:
