Freight Handler / Furniture Mover / Unloader Grand Prairie TX $19$24/hour

Job Summary:
Humano is hiring Freight Handlers to unload furniture at Facility/Client Name in Grand Prairie TX. Pay starts at a $19/hour minimum and includes production pay so the harder you work the more you earn. Most associates can expect to make $20$24/hour with production. The site is starting with one shift and could add a second shift and loading work within 6090 days which means more opportunity as the team grows.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse unloading moving or freight handling experience preferred
• Able to lift and carry heavy and bulky items including furniture regularly (up to 50 lbs on your own and heavier items with a team)
• Able to stand bend lift and work on your feet for your full shift
• Reliable on time and able to work at a steady pace to meet production goals
• Team player who follows safety procedures
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities:

• Unload furniture and freight from trailers and containers by hand
• Sort stage and move product to the correct areas of the warehouse
• Handle furniture with care to prevent damage
• Meet daily productivity goals to earn production pay
• Keep work areas clean organized and safe
• Follow direction from the Warehouse Supervisor and site leadership
• Help with loading if the site expands to a second shift
