Amend Treatment is seeking a dependable detail-oriented Freelance Data Entry Clerk to help maintain accurate and organized this role you will enter update and verify information handling sensitive organizational data with care and discretion. This is a freelance position with a remote work arrangement.

• Enter information into databases spreadsheets and other designated systems accurately and promptly.
• Review records for completeness consistency and potential errors; correct or flag discrepancies as appropriate.
• Update existing records and keep digital files and data organized.
• Follow established procedures for data handling documentation and quality checks.
• Protect confidential information and use sound judgment when working with sensitive records.
• Communicate with relevant team members to clarify missing or inconsistent information.
• Manage assigned work independently and meet agreed deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software spreadsheets and data-entry systems.
• Ability to organize information follow instructions and work independently in a freelance arrangement.
• Good written communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Up to two years of relevant experience is preferred. Experience with data entry record maintenance or administrative support is an asset. Familiarity with confidentiality practices in a healthcare or behavioral health setting is helpful but not specified as a requirement.

• Compensation: $25$30 per hour.
