Summary
Home Franchise Concepts is seeking a driven and consultative Franchise Development Advisor to help expand multiple home services brands. This role focuses on guiding franchise candidates through the entire sales process while building relationships with broker networks funding partners and representing our portfolio at select events.

The ideal candidate is passionate about franchise development skilled at candidate engagement and eager to grow within a high-performing sales organization. This is an opportunity to directly impact the growth of nationally recognized home services brands.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Actively prospects to build sales pipeline via phone calls emails text and networking.
• Manage franchise candidates through the established discovery process from initial inquiry to Meet the Team Day and transition to onboarding.
• Qualify leads and guide candidates through discovery calls brand education validation and closing. Maintain accurate and timely updates within Salesforce and Office365 systems.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with franchise broker networks such as FranChoice Entrepreneur Source FranNet IFPG FranServe and others.â
• Participate in brand webinars and present our brands to brokers and prospective candidates.â
• Represent Home Franchise Concepts at select broker conferences expos and industry events.â
• Collaborate with marketing operations and brand leadership to ensure a seamless candidate experience.â
• Provide feedback on lead quality and pipeline activity to enhance marketing and sales strategies.â
• Demonstrates resilience customer-centric approach adaptability and self-motivation.
• Effective use of CRM tools for tracking and forecasting leads adhering to the established quantitative and qualitative KPIs to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Required Skills /Abilities

• 3 years of experience in franchise development franchise sales or consultative B2B sales (home services industry experience is a plus).â
• Familiarity with franchise broker networks and basic best practices in candidate management.â
• Comprehensive knowledge of franchise development franchise disclosure documents (FDD) and operational practices.
• Skilled in consultative sales with the ability to build rapport handle objections and guide candidates to a decision.â
• Strong presentation skills in both virtual and in person
• Proficient with Salesforce Office365 and Zoom systems.â
• Strong organization communication and follow-through skills.â

Key Performance Metrics:

• Performance measured with individual and team activity and performance metrics by brand on monthly quarterly and annual timeframes.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Business Administration Marketing or related field is preferred
• Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation is a plus or
• Combination of education and experience.
• Exposure to broker networks or multi-brand sales environments.

Physical & Workplace Requirements:

• Light-duty work environment primarily office-based with minimal physical exertion.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
• Occasional standing or walking for presentations or facilitation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs occasionally.

• This position will primarily be based remotely and ideal candidates will reside within 2 hours of Flower Mound TX with the ability to travel to the Flower Mound office as needed for meeting or trainings.
• In addition to travel to the office candidates should have the ability to travel up to 1030% for conferences brand events and other internal meetings.
