Framingham MA Full-Time Leadership & Growth Opportunity

A new veterinary hospital in Framingham Massachusetts is seeking an experienced veterinarian to serve as a Founding Veterinarian and Lead Doctor. This is an opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up while having a meaningful role in its medical direction team culture and long-term growth.

As the founding veterinarian you will help establish the hospitals standards of care develop the medical team and build strong relationships with the local community. The practice will focus on high-quality general medicine surgery and dentistry in a modern client-focused environment.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Establish the hospitals medical culture and standards
• Recruit mentor and develop associate veterinarians and support staff
• Provide high-quality general medicine surgery and dentistry
• Help shape the hospitals services and client experience
• Partner with hospital leadership on financial and operational growth
• Build a long-term practice with significant professional and financial upside

• Base salary monthly production bonus

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
• Active veterinary license in good standing
• 4 years of veterinary experience
• Strong background in general medicine surgery and dentistry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable mentoring and developing a veterinary team
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice growth
• Previous leadership or management experience is a plus
