Founding Strategy and Operations Specialist

Were partnering with a fast-growing company looking for a Founding Strategy & Operations Generalist to work directly with the CEO and take ownership of some of the companys most important strategic and operational priorities.

This is a high-impact generalist role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems moving quickly and building processes from scratch. Youll initially help scale recruiting and hiring then expand into business operations pricing finance sales strategy and AI-powered internal automation.

Youll have significant visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to make an immediate impact as the company continues to scale.

What Youll Do

• Build and improve recruiting processes candidate pipelines and hiring workflows
• Own cross-functional business operations including contracts billing accounting coordination insurance and administrative processes
• Support strategic initiatives across pricing revenue opportunities finance sales strategy and company operations
• Build AI tools agents automations and workflows that reduce manual work
• Take ambiguous problems structure them develop solutions and drive them through execution
• Partner closely with senior leadership across recruiting operations finance sales and strategy
• Help build processes and systems that enable the company to scale

What Were Looking For

• 24 years of professional experience
• Background in management consulting investment banking/private equity or strategy & operations at a startup
• Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving ability
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited structure
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows automations or agents
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High-agency mindset with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond a narrowly defined job description
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 4 days per week
