About
Join an early-stage high-growth startup as one of the first engineering hires. Youll work directly with the founders to build AI-powered products used daily by design partners. This is a highly collaborative customer-focused role where youll own features from idea to production work closely with users and help shape both the product and engineering culture.
What Youll Own
Build and ship end-to-end product features from concept to production.
Develop scalable backend systems and APIs powering AI agents and data platforms.
Collaborate directly with customers to understand problems and rapidly iterate on solutions.
Design reliable data models workflows and infrastructure.
Drive product decisions through fast execution and customer feedback.
Must Have
2-5 years of software engineering experience (exceptional new grads welcome).
Strong backend engineering skills with full-stack experience.
Experience shipping production applications or meaningful personal projects.
Comfortable using AI developer tools such as Cursor Claude GitHub Copilot or similar.
Strong product mindset with willingness to engage directly with customers.
Thrives in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership.
Nice to Have
Startup or founding engineer experience.
Background at high-growth product companies.
Side projects with real users or open-source contributions.
Experience building AI products data platforms distributed systems or scalable infrastructure.
Degree from a top engineering university.
