• Design and execute operational workflows for recruiting vetting and managing domain experts across various specialized fields.
• Communicate directly with top AI Labs on large-scale projects to ensure alignment and success.
• Collaborate with engineers to design the marketplace and workforce platform for expert work.
• Drive the integration of expert data into reinforcement learning environments to enhance AI capabilities.
• Serve as an early leader with opportunities to manage and mentor others as the team expands.

• 14 years of experience in operations project management or a related field.
• Proven ability to drive high-impact projects and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Experience with AI technologies particularly in reinforcement learning environments.
