What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions using Python FastAPI and React.
- Develop and optimize backend services that support AI-driven customer lifecycle automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements and features.
- Utilize SQLModel for efficient database management and data retrieval.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of the platform ensuring best practices in coding and development.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 57 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Python and FastAPI.
- Proven expertise in building responsive web applications using React.
- Solid understanding of database technologies and experience with SQLModel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience in B2B environments particularly with automation or AI-driven solutions.
Preferred
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Experience in agile development methodologies and practices.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in software development.
Compensation and Benefits
