What You Will Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven solutions tailored for customer support.
- Design and implement scalable systems utilizing OpenAI technologies to enhance user experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve deployed AI agents.
- Provide technical support and training to clients ensuring successful integration of AI solutions.
- Develop documentation and best practices for AI deployment and maintenance.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in real-time.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1-10 years of experience in engineering or technical support roles preferably in AI or software development.
- Proficiency in OpenAI technologies and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in deploying and supporting software solutions in enterprise environments.

Compensation and Benefits
