What You Will Do

• Design and implement innovative AI-driven solutions for media creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Develop algorithms that enable dynamic content generation and personalization.
• Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
• Analyze user data to inform product development and feature enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a collaborative environment.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and media applications.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles and their application in content creation.
• Experience in building scalable systems and working with large datasets.

Preferred

• Familiarity with media production workflows and content management systems.
• Experience in a startup environment particularly in the AI or media sectors.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks relevant to AI development.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $200K to $300K commensurate with experience. The company offers a competitive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
