Forward Deployed Software Engineer

Location: New York (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)

Salary: $125000 - $185000 Competitive Equity

This is an opportunity to join a founding engineering team where youll own projects end-to-end work closely with customers and help shape the future of an ambitious AI business.

• Design and build production-grade AI solutions tailored to customer workflows.

• Develop scalable data pipelines to ingest clean and unify data from multiple sources.

• Build and optimise LLM-powered applications including RAG pipelines prompt engineering and AI evaluations.

• Develop modern React applications and intuitive user experiences to solve customer problems.

• Partner directly with customers and implementation teams to deploy solutions into production.

• Lead technical decisions troubleshoot complex challenges and ensure reliable production systems.

• Collaborate across engineering product and customer teams to deliver projects on time.

• 1-5 years experience as a Software Engineer building customer-facing applications.

• Strong experience with Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Exposure to LLMs AI agents RAG pipelines or machine learning applications.

• Experience building full-stack applications using modern frameworks such as React.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.

• A genuine interest in AI and building innovative solutions from the ground up.

• Salary of $125000 - $185000 depending on experience.
