Forward Deployed Engineer

Join an engineering team building software for healthcare providers working at the intersection of engineering customer outcomes and business strategy. You will partner directly with customers to turn complex operational challenges into software solutions that make a practical difference in their workflows.

• Design and implement product solutions that address customer needs including fixing bugs shipping features and solving high-priority platform problems.
• Build relationships with customer subject-matter experts users and executives and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Translate ambiguous problems into requirements implementation plans and realistic timelines.
• Support launches for large customers by enabling integrations developing features for new workflows and deploying updates in response to customer feedback.
• Work with sales product management and product engineering to deliver solutions and bring customer insights into product planning.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience with 5 or more years preferred.
• A degree in computer science or a similar technical field with strong computer science fundamentals.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python TypeScript or Go.
• Experience with or familiarity with GCP SQL AI/ML and REST APIs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Healthcare technology experience may be relevant to the role.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support. Accepted status includes U.S. citizenship permanent residency or TN/E-3 work authorization.

Annual salary range: $170000 to $250000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.
