We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fastpaced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse distribution and materials handling with a focus on safety accuracy and efficiency. This role is essential to ensuring smooth loading unloading and movement of goods throughout the facility.

• Operate forklifts clamp trucks and pallet jacks to safely move materials throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload shipments with precision while following all safety protocols
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
• Participate in order picking processes to ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfillment
• Conduct routine equipment inspections to ensure safe operation and OSHA compliance
• Work with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks verifying accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area

• Proven experience in warehouse operations including heavy equipment operation (forklifts clamp trucks cranes)
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required
• Experience with order picking processes including picker operations
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures (preferred)
• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor (a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
