Job Summary
Staff Up is seeking an EXPERIENCED forklift operators for a large and busy 3rd Party Logistics company in Franklin Park IL
Pay Rate: $25.00
Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm with occasional Saturday overtime
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but often not required)
- Ability to read write and follow instructions in English
- Basic math skills (counting measuring inventory tracking)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy items (typically 2575 lbs)
- Stand walk bend and squat for extended periods
- Good handeye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot cold or outdoor environments)
Technical / Job Skills:
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts pallet jacks scanners)
- Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse procedures
- Ability to pick pack and ship orders accurately
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry
- Understanding of safety practices and OSHA guidelines
Certifications
- Forklift certification ( preferably on the Cherry picker / order selector and reach truck).

Experience:
- Mid-level: 12 years of warehouse or logistics experience
