Pay Rate - $19.99 per hour $2.00 per hour shift differential for night shift.
*New employees are eligible for a one-time $1000 sign-on bonus*
Westlake Royal Building Products a vinyl siding manufacturer has a full-time opening for a Forklift Operator. This position is responsible for driving forklifts pulling inventory storing materials palletizing loading inventory labeling and packing.
Candidates must be able to work a rotating 12hour shift; 7:00pm-7:00am.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a forklift and complete daily forklift checklist
- Accurately scan all inventory
- Generate labels
- Weigh scrap racks
- Replenish skids
- Maintain good housekeeping
- Maintain safety standards as posted in work areas
QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Forklift License
- Ability to use an RF Scanner
- Ability to count and do basic math
- Listen to and follow instructions
- Problem solving skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to hold handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must lift carry and/or move up to 30 lbs. frequently. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust addition mobility to cover 2 facilities (North & South Plant) is required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position works in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Noise level commensurate with large machinery. Ear and eye protection must be worn at all times and steel toed shoes and long pants are required. Temperatures although maintained can be affected by outside weather conditions.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US markets. The pay range is based on relevant market data in our lowest and highest geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge experience and skillset. Westlake is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered sign on payments and other forms of compensation may be offered as part of a total compensation package (also to include a full range of medical and other benefits).
