Forklift / Cherry Picker Operator
Bourg LA Full-Time Day Shift
Summary
Seeking an experienced Forklift / Cherry Picker Operator to safely move materials equipment and supplies throughout an industrial worksite. The ideal candidate has experience operating powered industrial equipment follows safety procedures and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must Haves
- 2 years of forklift and/or cherry picker operating experience
- Ability to safely move materials and equipment
- Knowledge of load handling and equipment safety
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to work outdoors and in physically demanding conditions
Preferred
- Shipyard industrial or construction experience
- Current forklift certification
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Qualifying Questions
- How many years of experience do you have operating a forklift and/or cherry picker
- Do you have experience working in a shipyard industrial or construction environment
- Do you currently have a forklift certification
- Are you comfortable loading unloading and transporting materials safely
- Are you available to work full-time on the day shift in Bourg LA
