The Foreman is responsible for leading field crews ensuring quality workmanship maintaining job-site safety and delivering projects on schedule. This role serves as the bridge between field operations and project management providing leadership accountability and support to ensure successful project execution.

• Lead supervise and develop drywall and metal framing crews on commercial and residential construction projects.
• Foster a positive team-oriented culture that reflects Optilines Family and Relationship values.
• Mentor Crew Leads Journeymen and Apprentices to build future leaders within the organization.
• Conduct daily crew meetings to communicate goals expectations and safety requirements.

• Read and interpret blueprints specifications and construction documents to ensure accurate installation.
• Coordinate daily manpower materials equipment and workflow to meet project schedules.
• Monitor productivity and proactively address obstacles that may impact project completion.
• Collaborate with Project Managers General Contractors and other trades to maintain project momentum.

• Inspect work throughout all phases of construction to ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards.
• Take ownership of project outcomes by identifying issues early and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate daily reports production tracking manpower logs and material usage records.
• Ensure projects are completed right the first time while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

• Champion Optilines Safety culture by leading daily safety talks and promoting safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Identify communicate and eliminate job-site hazards.
• Maintain a clean organized and professional work environment.

• Serve as the primary field contact for Project Managers and other stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress manpower needs schedule impacts and potential risks.
• Build strong working relationships with customers subcontractors inspectors and fellow team members.
• Represent Optiline professionally on every job site.

• Minimum 2 years of drywall and/or metal framing experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a Foreman Crew Lead or supervisory role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience leading crews of 520 employees.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction best practices.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work full-time in active construction environments.

• Experience in commercial construction and retail exterior projects.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience with production tracking scheduling and field management software.
• Multi-state construction experience.
• Experience managing fast-paced high-volume projects.
