JSET Automated Technologies is hiring Foreman to lead field crews and oversee daily jobsite operations on low voltage and electrical construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and according to project plans while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

- Lead and coordinate daily field operations on active job sites
- Supervise train and support crews to meet safety quality and productivity goals
- Plan and organize manpower materials tools and equipment needed to complete assigned work
- Communicate work plans schedules and safety expectations to field crews
- Monitor crew performance attendance and PPE compliance
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications drawings and company standards
- Resolve field issues and maintain team alignment
- Coordinate with Superintendents Project Managers and other trades on site
- Report job progress manpower needs and field challenges to leadership
- Complete daily logs and Pre-Task Plans (PTPs) in Procore
- 3 years of experience in low voltage structured cabling telecommunications or commercial electrical construction
- Previous experience leading crews or working in a lead role
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices and OSHA requirements
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate crews and drive productivity while maintaining quality standards
- Experience working on large commercial industrial or data center construction projects preferred
- Previous Foreman Lead Technician or Assistant Foreman experience
- Experience on data center mission-critical or industrial construction projects
- Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software
- OSHA 30 certification

Physical hands-on construction role with lifting climbing and outdoor/indoor work in varying conditions. Regular travel to project sites may be required.
