The firm specializes in the representation of financial institutions investors title insurers housing authorities and select businesses in all matters related to servicing mortgage banking consumer finance title insurance real estate finance and the enforcement of mortgage loans.
This is a self-directed detail oriented position and we want someone who will be ready to jump in take initiative and hit the ground running.

Your specific duties will include:
- Importing foreclosure referrals into internal systems
- Notating case details
- Preparing and merging cover sheets
- Coordinating with title companies to obtain and review title reports
- Create investor system profiles
- Request additional documentation from clients
- Ensure all data is accurately reflected in the case management system through web-based audit tools.
- Additional duties:
- Managing communication with clients vendors and internal processors
- Routing client emails appropriately
- Conducting skip traces and military searches
- Maintaining up-to-date reports to track and follow up on critical due dates.
- 1 years mortgage industry escrow servicing or direct foreclosure experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word)
- Type 50 WPM Advanced 10Key skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
