In this role you will support daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients cooking menu items according to recipes and helping plate and serve food efficiently. You will work in an active food service environment where cleanliness teamwork and safe food handling are essential. Daily tasks may include washing cutting and seasoning produce and meats receiving and storing supplies and keeping work areas organized. You will also wash dishes and equipment help set up for service and assist with end-of-shift shutdown and cleanup. A strong fit is dependable detail-oriented comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen and committed to maintaining health code standards.

• Compensation: $13.75 per hour

• Job Site Location: River Heights Utah

• Shift: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm

• Commitment to keeping kitchen areas clean sanitary and compliant with health code standards

• Ability to wash dishes utensils and kitchen equipment as needed

• Ability to help set up the kitchen for service and complete shutdown and cleanup tasks

• Dependable attendance and willingness to work as part of a kitchen team

• Previous food service grill or kitchen experience is preferred

• Experience prepping ingredients cooking meals and plating food in a service setting is helpful

• Experience following recipes and food safety procedures is a plus

• Experience receiving storing or organizing kitchen supplies is preferred

• Comfort working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is helpful

• Strong teamwork communication and attention to detail are preferred
