Schedule: 4:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. Approximately 1216 hours per week

NHC HealthCare Milan is seeking a dependable and caring Part-Time Food & Nutrition Services (FNS) Aide to join our dietary team! This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a part-time evening schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.

As an FNS Aide you will assist with evening meal service maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment and support our team in delivering quality nutritional care.

• Assist with preparing and serving meals according to established menus and dietary instructions.

• Prepare meal trays and help ensure meals are delivered accurately and on time.

• Assist with evening dining room setup meal service and cleanup.

• Wash dishes utensils cookware and food service equipment.

• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen dining storage and food preparation areas.

• Properly store food and supplies and follow safe food handling practices.

• Follow sanitation infection control safety and NHC procedures.

• Provide courteous service to patients residents families visitors and fellow partners.

• Assist the Food & Nutrition Services team with additional duties as assigned.

• Dependable punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Willingness to work scheduled evening hours.

• Previous food service or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
