Role Summary
The FMC Lead assists the Supervisor in daily operations ensuring smooth feeder loadingproduct verification and eSicient pack-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide operators in feeder setup and card mix accuracy.
- Monitor machine operations and correct jams or misfeeds.
- Verify product counts and maintain records.
- Support training of new staS.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 24 years experience in packaging or mechanical line work.
- Attention to detail and process consistency.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Frequent standing and hand coordination.
- Moderate noise levels and repetitive tasks.
