- Conduct in-home design and sales consultations
- Measure rooms and job sites to provide accurate quotes
- Guide customers through flooring selections that fit their style and budget
- Close sales by clearly presenting value and options
- Manage proposals follow-ups and project details
- Build referral relationships with local builders realtors and designers
- Partner with the Production Manager for a seamless customer experience
- 50% close rate on appointments
- Consistent 5-star customer reviews
- Strong referral and repeat business pipeline
- In-home or outside sales experience
- Comfortable with basic math and measuring (square footage quantities pricing)
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
- Self-motivated organized and tech-comfortable
- Valid drivers license
- Background in flooring construction or home improvement
- Experience networking with builders realtors or trade professionals
- $50000 draw uncapped commission (6-figure potential)
