Team MJV is a Building Service Contractor throughout Indiana and Michigan. Our coaches guide encourage and teach each team member to effectively execute the scope of work for each customer partner. We pride our Team on being professional pleasant and knowledgeable.

A Traveling Floor Technician will travel between job sites cleaning and maintaining floors carpets and hard surfaces while preserving a safe environment in accordance to Team MJV guidelines and the current OSHA standards and regulations. This position is responsible for but not limited to improving the overall appearance of a job site using appropriate equipment and chemicals along with performing operational maintenance of cleaning and floor care equipment.

The position is physically demanding requires working irregular hours and traveling on a regular basis. Overtime hours will be available if requested.

Although we will fully and properly train any incoming candidate those with 1-2 years of experience as a floor technician or in a related field working knowledge of basic floor care duties and responsibilities working knowledge of the proper use and application of floor care products and equipment will be considered first.

Applicants must have:

• Valid drivers license with excellent driving record
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 pounds and push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds
• Flexible availability including weekends
• Dependability
• Clean drug screen
• Detail orientation and passion for providing quality services
