This rapidly growing company seeks enthusiastic and reliable Floor Technician to work in one of our clients sites. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated able to work independently yet also be a team player.

Schedule: Flexible from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Pay: $18.00/hour

Job tasks include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (dust and wet mopping stripping waxing buffing shampooing extraction & bonneting) of areas that include offices corridors lobbies entrances stairwells and other public areas.
• Applies stripper to floors (slippery surface) to remove old wax then refinishes floors with new wax product.
• Responsible for satisfactory and timely completion of assigned project area according to schedule.
• Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
• Use and maintain equipment properly.
• Operate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely
• Observe safety precautions at all times (uses safety signs wet floor)
• Reports safety hazards as appropriate
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Prolonged periods of standing
• Must be able to push pull twist bend and reach from floor to waist height and from waist to above head.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Candidate must have reliable transportation be legally authorized to work in the United States and be able to pass a background check.
