Encompass is now hiring for Floor Tech positions. As a Floor Tech youll play a vital role in safeguarding the health and safety of patients staff and visitors in medical environments. Your work helps prevent the spread of disease and ensures medical facilities remain spotless and sanitized.

Competitive Pay: $15.00 an hr
Flexible Schedules: Mon-Fri: 9am-5:30pm or 11am-7:30pm
Pain Training- No experience No problem! Well teach you everything you need to succeed.

What Youll Do:
As a valued Encompass Floor Technician youll be trusted to maintain and transform floors into sparkling showcases. With Encompasss tools and methods youll tackle:

Daily Floor Care: Sweeping mopping polishing and vacuuming.
Carpet Maintenance: Shampooing and spot cleaning.
Hard Floor Restoration: Stripping waxing and buffing.
Team Support: Moving furniture and managing supplies.

Your work will make a tangible difference and well provide the training to ensure you master every aspect of floor care from operating equipment to identifying different flooring types.

What Youll Need:

A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.
The ability to stand walk and lift up to 55 lbs. throughout your shift.
Experience as a floor tech is a plus but not requiredwell train you!
A team-first attitude and flexibility to work at a fast pace.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
