Floor Supervisor 1st Shift Toledo OH
PPS is seeking an experienced 1st Shift Floor Supervisor for a growing industrial operation in Toledo. This hands-on leadership role will oversee approximately 2535 employees while driving daily production safety quality attendance and overall floor performance.
Were looking for a strong visible leader who knows how to keep a team organized productive and accountable. Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing recycling industrial production warehouse or a similar fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.
