- Assist in monitoring flight operations for safety and compliance
- Support the team in reviewing flight plans and documentation
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure timely communication of relevant information to flight crews
- Assist in data entry and record-keeping for operational procedures
- Help in the preparation of reports and analysis for management
- Gain familiarity with industry regulations and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interest in aviation and flight operations
- Basic understanding of safety and compliance standards in aviation
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
