Fremont Ford is looking for an experienced motivated Fleet Service Advisor who knows how to take care of commercial customers build long-term relationships and grow a strong book of fleet business.

This is not an entry-level advisor position. We are looking for a proven performer with experience in Fleet Service and/or Ford Service who wants the resources and opportunity to take their income to the next level.

Fremont Ford is a Ford Pro Elite Commercial Service Center built to handle the needs of commercial and fleet customers.

Our goal is simple: keep our fleet customers vehicles on the road and make Fremont Ford their first call whenever they need service.

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous Fleet Service Advisor and/or Ford Service Advisor experience

• Understands the needs and urgency of commercial customers

• Is comfortable managing multiple vehicles and customer accounts

• Communicates extremely well with customers technicians parts and management

• Knows how to follow up and keep customers informed

• Builds relationships instead of simply writing repair orders

• Is organized accountable competitive and motivated by performance

• Wants to build a career and an incomenot just collect a paycheck

Ford experience is highly preferred. Existing fleet and commercial service experience is a major plus.

This is a high-income opportunity for the right advisor.

High performers have the opportunity to earn approximately $10000$20000 per month based on performance and the applicable pay plan.

• Proven experience in a service advisor or customer service role preferably in automotive fleet services.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• A valid drivers license and clean driving record.
