- Manage the Companys Fleet operation including oversight on repairs registration and insurance requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records of all fleet repairs and maintenance using organizations fleet management software
- Manage fleet repair team to ensure timely repairs and maintenance are completed
- Monitor fleet performance and identify ways to reduce costs and improve overall efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local regulations related to fleet operations including licensing registration and inspections
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective ordering of parts maintenance services and repair services
- Organize weekly engine tests for all large equipment including generators compressors vehicles etc.
- Valid drivers license
- 3 years of experience in Fleet Management
- In depth knowledge of fleet compliance vehicle maintenance and safety requirements
