Enjoy working around trucks and construction equipment Join our Williamstown yard team and help keep our field crews ready for their next job.

Youll check in returned vehicles and equipment inspect their condition clean and prepare them for use and keep their records up to date. Youll also move equipment around the yard and assist mechanics with basic maintenance.

This is a hands-on role performed primarily outdoors with computer work for equipment tracking and communication.

• Receive returned trucks and equipment document their condition and report damage or maintenance needs.

• Clean and prepare vehicles and equipment for their next assignment.

• Operate forklifts telehandlers and skid steers once trained and authorized.

• Help load unload organize and stage equipment in the yard.

• Assist mechanics with light maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.

• Check registrations and update equipment and maintenance records using B2W Excel and Outlook.

• Keep the fleet maintenance and logistics teams informed about whats ready and what needs attention.

• Maintain a clean organized and safe yard.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Basic skills in Excel Outlook and work order systems.

• Willingness and ability to learn equipment operation and our yard procedures.

• Attention to detail when inspecting equipment and recording information.

• Dependability and the ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.

• Comfort working outdoors in changing weather and around moving equipment.

Experience in an equipment rental yard construction fleet support maintenance or warehouse and yard operations would be helpful.

Youll learn our vehicle and equipment check-in process equipment readiness standards loading and staging procedures and tracking systems. Youll work with fleet and maintenance professionals to build your knowledge of the equipment our crews use.

This position reports onsite to our Williamstown KY yard MondayFriday. Candidates must be able to commute to the yard each workday.
