Qualifications

Associates or bachelors degree in business administration or other related field.

3 years of demonstrated competency experience in maintenance fleet/facility operations or a related technical discipline.

OR

Education equivalent to graduation from high school

5 years of demonstrated competency in maintenance or related technical discipline.

AND

Ability to communicate clearly respond to inquiries promptly and provide organized customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Experience maintaining accurate records documentation audit information or compliance-related files.

Experience coordinating with internal teams regional staff vendors or cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience supporting fleet facility maintenance asset management or related technical operations.

Experience with asset inventory asset tagging asset tracking or maintaining asset records in a database/system.

Working knowledge of dashboards reports data collection or data analysis to support operational decision-making.

Experience reviewing invoices purchase orders contracts warranty information delivery terms or asset-related financial records.
